A: Booking with us is easy. You can make a reservation by using our “Design My Widget” (for drinks and outdoor dining) or the “Fork” widget (for the restaurant) on our bookings page here.

Q: What are the opening hours of BBK?

Our venue is open during the following hours:
Monday: 10:30am - 10:30pm
Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 am - 11:00 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
For dining in the restaurant, we serve food during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm (Brunch) and 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Sunday Brunch: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm (Brunch) and 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Roast)

Q: When is the last call for drinks and last entry?
A: The last call for drink orders is 30 minutes before closing, and the last entry is allowed up to 45 minutes before closing.

Q: Is there cover available in the outside bar and dining area?
A: Most of our outdoor seating area is covered and equipped with heaters to ensure your comfort, even in colder weather. Please note that we will make every effort to seat you near a heater, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q: Can I place orders directly at the bar?
A: We offer bar service only from our front and table service. For drinks, simply scan the provided QR code, relax, and your order will be brought to your table. If you need assistance with ordering food or have trouble with the QR code, please ask one of our lovely wait staff to assist you.

Q: Do you accommodate large groups?
A: Absolutely! We welcome large groups but require card authentication to secure reservations. For groups of 50 or more, please submit a booking request, and a member of our team will get in touch with you. We also have areas available for private hire.

Q: How long is my reservation valid for?
A: All reservations have a standard duration of 3 hours. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you anticipate running late for your reservation, kindly email us. Please note that we can hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes after your booking time without prior notice, we will try to seat you but may ask you to join our walk-in queue.

Q: Do you accept walk-in customers?
A: Certainly! Feel free to walk in and join us without a prior reservation.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No dress code required- just bring a smile! :)

Q: Is this venue exclusively for those aged 18 and above?
A: No, we welcome guests of all ages. However, visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.
