‘Talk of the town’ James Donnelly has created menus which brings together fresh, seasonal, sustainable and ethical UK grown produce, in the form of delicious British plates whilst using cooking techniques picked up on the teams’ travels from around the world. All ingredients are reared, grown and loved in the UK. Menus change regularly and with the seasons.
